Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions are renewed on the first day of each month.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please call or text us at 702-525-5330 or send an email to ironhavenpanaca@gmail.com
To avoid being billed for that month, we need a 5-day notice before the first day of the month.
If you choose to cancel, you will NOT be refunded the start-up fee.
If you choose to cancel mid-month or sooner, your subscription fee will be pro-rated and returned (essentially, the monthy fee divided by how many days of the month have passed since sending a membership cancel request.)
If you choose to cancel your membership after the 15th day of the month, you will NOT receive a refund for that month.
